- In-depth Consultation with Dr. Carolina Braga: Let’s discuss your medical history, lifestyle and goals. We’ll identify what changes you can make and how our team can support you in your overall health and weight management goals.
- Comprehensive Evaluation: We want to gain a complete picture of your baseline health to make sure we recommend the right plan for you. We’ll check your blood panels, thyroid and hormone levels, and do an InBody 580 Composition Analysis to gain a complete picture of your health. (You can read more about this unique technology below.)
- Personalized Plan: We will review your results and create a customized plan that may include nutrition counseling, mindset coaching, exercise and fitness plans and personal training. In some cases, we may recommend prescription weight loss injections like Semaglutide or Tirzepatide (GLP-1s). If GLP-1s are part of your customized plan, we are committed to helping you monitor progress, side effects, dosage changes and more — never just sending you on your way with a GLP-1 prescription and some hope.
